Terms of Service
The service
Tovicast publishes the free Tovicast Broadcaster app and keeps a directory of registered workspaces. Workspaces are organisations that operate their own live streaming service and register it with Tovicast. The app itself is free and has no purchases.
Acceptable use
You may not use Tovicast to broadcast or distribute content that is illegal, that exploits or endangers minors, that infringes others' rights, or that is used for fraud, harassment or unauthorised rebroadcasting. Workspaces must provide their users with a way to report content and block abusive users, and must act on reports.
Enforcement
We may stop streams, suspend workspaces or refuse service where these terms or the law are breached. Report abuse to abuse@tovicast.com.
Workspace responsibilities
Each workspace is responsible for its own users, accounts, content moderation and compliance, including offering account deletion to its users and not selling digital goods inside the app.
Disclaimer
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Tovicast is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
